Services
ALPHASOLUTIONS IT - FZCO provides GPU cloud computing, AI inference API and reserved cluster infrastructure services. Specific features, specifications and pricing are set out in the applicable order form or service agreement. We may modify or discontinue any aspect of the services with reasonable notice.
Quotes and orders
All services are sales-gated. Access is granted only after a signed order form or service agreement. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Fees and billing
Fees are as set out in your order form. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable. We may suspend access if fees are not paid when due. All amounts are in USD unless stated otherwise.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for ensuring your use of the services complies with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Service availability
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance where practicable. We are not liable for downtime caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.
Suspension and termination
Either party may terminate on written notice if the other materially breaches these Terms and fails to cure within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate immediately for violation of the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
