Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited uses

You must not use our services for any of the following:

• –Unlawful, harmful or abusive content, including child sexual abuse material or content that promotes violence or terrorism.
• –Malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses or any other malicious code.
• –Phishing, credential harvesting or identity theft.
• –DDoS attacks, network flooding or any activity that disrupts services for other customers.
• –Unauthorised access to any system, network or account.
• –Cryptocurrency mining without prior written approval from AlphaSolutions IT.
• –Any activity that violates applicable sanctions or export-control laws, including those of the UAE, US, EU or UN. You must not provide computing resources to any sanctioned individual, entity or jurisdiction.
• –Scanning or probing third-party systems without the explicit written authorisation of the system owner.

Enforcement

We may investigate any suspected violation and take any action we consider appropriate, including issuing a warning, suspending or terminating access, removing content, and reporting violations to law enforcement. Violation of this policy may also constitute a breach of our Terms of Service.
