Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of GPU infrastructure services provided by AlphaSolutions IT – FZCO ("AlphaSolutions IT", "we", "us"). By submitting a quote request or signing an order form, you agree to these terms.
Quote and order form process
All services are provided under a signed order form. A quote submitted through our website or by email is not a binding offer. A contract is formed only when both parties have signed an order form.
Prices in a signed order form are fixed for the term stated in that order form. Prices on our website are indicative and may change without notice.
Reserved cluster contracts have a minimum term of six months.
Service levels
We do not commit to any uptime percentage or service level agreement at this stage. Provisioning timelines are estimates and are confirmed in the order form.
Acceptable use
Your use of our services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if we determine that your use violates the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you under or in connection with these terms is limited. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
