UAE data residency

Customer workload data processed on our infrastructure is hosted within the UAE. We do not transfer customer workload data outside the UAE without explicit written agreement.

Contact and enquiry data may be processed by our service providers (such as email and CRM platforms) who may be located outside the UAE. Where such transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
