Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules governing use of GPU infrastructure services provided by AlphaSolutions IT – FZCO. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP. We may update this policy from time to time.

Prohibited workloads

You must not use our infrastructure for any of the following: generating, distributing or hosting content that is illegal under UAE law or the laws of your jurisdiction; training or deploying AI models intended to facilitate illegal activity; cryptocurrency mining or blockchain validation without prior written approval; activities that interfere with or disrupt the infrastructure or other customers' services; any workload that violates applicable export control or sanctions regulations.

Export control and sanctions compliance

Our services are subject to UAE export control regulations and applicable international sanctions regimes. You must not use our services in connection with any country, entity or individual that is subject to UAE, US, EU or UN sanctions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable export control laws and regulations, including restrictions on the export of advanced computing hardware and related technology.

By signing an order form, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, or acting on behalf of any person or entity located in, a sanctioned country, and that you are not named on any applicable sanctions list.

Reseller and resale restrictions

You must not resell, sublicense, or otherwise make our infrastructure services available to third parties without our prior written consent. Resale or white-labelling of our services requires a separate reseller agreement. Unauthorised resale is grounds for immediate termination of your contract.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this AUP. We may also report violations to relevant authorities.
